Packages and courses for leadership seminars

The leadership seminars and packages can be customized taking into account your company's requirements. Following are some of our courses on offer, but please get in touch and we will be happy to develop a seminar based on your needs, goals and timelines.

For groups from 4 to max 20 people, we can run a 5 hour seminar which involves experiential learning outside with the horses in combination with sessions inside the meeting room looking at the theory behind the concept, and video analysis after the practical exercises for a change of perspective. 
The half day teaser is great for a team building activity, but too short for very in depth learning. 

Topics that will be covered:

• Individual leadership style - how do I lead?
  
• Trust and being trusted - group exercises to improve communication
  
• Goal orientation - single and group exercises to visualize your goals and objectives, and work in a team, in varying  leadership positions, to achieve a common goal

Duration:

4 to 5 hours

Running as full day leadership seminar, on top of the above, we will go deeper into the analysis of each individual's style of leadership. Am I determined enough? Can I establish the right balance between respect and trust so others will follow me willingly?
The optimal course size is 8 participants to allow enough time for individual learning and experiencing, but contact us for any other group size too as we have experience in handling bigger groups too. Through our worldwide network of HorseDream practitioners we can always bring over someone for help.

• Can also be run as two half days on request

This is not just a team building event where a group does any kind of activity together - they all learn and develop their own personality too. A leadership seminar for the whole team!

The course is based on similar exercises as "The Art of Leadership", however more focus will be put on the group learning and company specific goals. Groups may be larger in numbers of participants.

Duration:

• 9am to 5pm
• Indoor Arena available
  
• Includes lunch and coffee breaks

You want to implement changes in your organization, but are stumbling over resistance in your team? Motivate your staff with the help of the horses! After various exercises to introduce the horses and work on communication in the team, we will focus on your specific organizational changes and break down the walls of resistance.

Topics that will be covered:
Day 1:

Day 2:

• Goal orientation - single and group exercises to visualize your goals and objectives, and work in a team, in varying  leadership positions, to achieve a common goal
• Organizational constellation based on the Appreciative Inquiry Model
  

Duration:

• 2pm to 6pm and 9am to 5pm 
• The course can also split into weekly sessions of 2 to 3 hours - this will allow more time in between to process the learnings
