Horse-assisted trainings offer a unique and experiential learning environment where leaders can develop key skills and insights that are difficult to achieve through traditional training methods.

Unbridled Leadership - Long Term Development Programs - 3 to 6 months

We run long term leadership development programs with a mix of team and individual coaching.

In this course, we alternate practical and hands on exercises with the horses, in groups and one to one, video analysis, learning transfer and debrief sessions in your office, as well as comparison with science backed Humantelligence personality and team culture reports to develop high potential candidates, and to build a culture of trust and alignment where leaders can leave their ego behind and truly work together for the greater good of their people and the organization.

I have a background in events and trade exhibitions business and until today what fascinates me about this industry is to witness how total strangers come together, coordinate and execute within just a few hours and days.
Seemingly out of nowhere huge events are built up and after a few days all returns back to before. 

How can this mindset transform other businesses, when everyone works in alignment for one big goal and with the client in mind? 

Our leadership development program is divided in three modules as shown above - starting with both the personal and team awareness. First we want everyone to be very clear about where they stand, what their strengths are, which areas they want to work on and how they see themselves.

The horses will give us very clear answers on that, and together with our personality report and the video analysis, we look at everybody from various different angles.

After module 1, we establish a plan for each leader to receive further individualized coaching, both with and without the horses.
Remember, no experience with horses is required for this, and using the horses as metaphors for our colleagues / clients / family members we can practice and work on many topics related to becoming a better leader and overcoming the challenges we face.

Module 3 is an opportunity to recap all the learning from the individual coaching and bring it back into the team.
Furthermore, this is where we can implement real change as now people are open and much more aware.

2 days change management training

Either set as two full days or two half days - spreading over two days and maybe even integrating a joint dinner and overnight stay at our partner hotel Melia Desert Palm allows your leadership team to truly engage, take in the learning, relax and start day two from a totally different perspective.
Most of our biggest breakthroughs have happened on day 2, when the team can openly address everything without the fear of judgement or pressure.
