A leadership development program with horses?

A leadership development program with horses, often referred to as equine-assisted leadership training, leverages the natural behaviors and sensitivities of horses to teach and enhance leadership skills, especially the soft skills that are very hard to learn from a book. 

Our specifically curated program is designed to help participants develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, and team-building skills by interacting directly with horses, in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Our most successful corporate program encompasses a mix of team and individual coaching session to really propel your company forward and ensure the learning is practiced, implemented and understood by everyone. 

The sessions will be scheduled as per your availability, either in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
In this leadership development program we accompany your team during a period of min. 3 to max. 6 months.

Each program will be customized for your team, depending on the goals you are looking to achieve, which we will define during our initial conversations. We then develop a timeline similar to the above where team workshops and one on one coaching sessions take turns. We also add personality assessments and team culture reports by the software Humantelligence to ensure the learning with the horses is not only felt, but truly understood.
