Horses serve as powerful mirrors, reflecting back to clients aspects of themselves that may have been overlooked or ignored.

What do you need to get certified in Horse guided Empowerment?®

You need a background or at least a desire to help people as well as good knowledge of horses - many of our students are coaches, psychologists, natural horse trainers or riding instructors.

You don't need to have your own herd of horses - many of the facilitators collaborate with local riding schools or horse owners to use their horses for the sessions, or even rescue sanctuaries as also old horses are very suitable for this work.

It is helpful to have a background as entrepreneur as it is still difficult to be hired by a bigger organization for this work. Most of our facilitators run their own businesses which gives them a lot of freedom and flexibility, often they start working with the horses as a side business until they can quit their full time job.
During the course we will provide you with tips for marketing, finding your niche, with acquisition of clients and best practice ideas. 

What will you learn in the course?

During the 3 to 6 month self paced course, you will learn: 

• To practice natural horse training and invitation-based, positively reinforced herd handling to prepare your horses for this new journey.
• To understand and facilitate the tools from several Psychology and Coaching methods so that you can help your clients change limiting beliefs, overcome anxiety, and live a more fulfilling life.
• To conduct planned activities with horses in different settings with one or several clients, as well as, develop the ability to create your own activities that match your niche and professional background.

How is the course structured?

The course material is online and accessible from anywhere around the world, you don't need to travel and get to practice from the beginning with your own horses / or with the ones you will later use with clients. 

Once you join the virtual classroom, the first lesson opens IMMEDIATELY, welcoming you to the Facilitator Certification Program and providing instructions for preparation. 
Ideally you should watch one lesson per week and do the corresponding practical homework with your horses.
We have a live whats app group to connect with other students worldwide and ask questions, as well as bi-weekly zoom sessions with our mentors in the US and UAE to share your experiences and hear from others. 

The title Holistic Horse Coach Certified in Horse Guided Empowerment© is awarded to you after submitting your 15 practical experience documentations, successful completion of the theory review and approval of your final client supervision.
